I've got a new PC and want to transfer my account to this. When I log in with my email address I am told that the account does not exist: [email protected].

All the problems with your account and registration info should be addressed to the developer/support team. Visit the support page and explain the situation there.
However, your account is limited up to 8 licences. This means that the software can be installed in 8 possible and unique locations. Try to carefully fill in the registration form after you've installed the application.
If it stopped working, reboot your PC and launch it again. If it doesn't work, you will need to reinstall the software. First, uninstall it using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and run CCleaner or Glary Utilities. After that, you can visit Software Informer review page of the product in order to obtain a link to the the official download. Press the green Download button, save the file to your computer and install it again using the serial key received when you purchased it.
When I go to print my high resolution documents, the HP 2550l printer says that it is in the Idle mode. When I go to print a document from Paint, it says that it is ready and it prints the file. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you perform a "cold reset". Turn the printer off, press and hold the GO button, start the printer and continue to hold GO. After the Ready LEDs turn on, continue pressing the button approximately 5-10 seconds. After that release the button and try to print your documents. If you can't, navigate to HP Download Center, select your operating system and download and install the latest files. If it doesn't help, you will need to contact HP.

This is a serious problem. You'd better contact the company which sells the product.
